The Menu
Our menu is built on storytelling and craft.
Several cocktails originate from our bartenders’ competition work; ideas developed at the highest level, now reimagined for the bar.
We make what we can ourselves. Syrups, infusions, ferments. We grow herbs and select ingredients from our garden, keeping flavours seasonal and grounded.
Thoughtful concepts. Clean execution. Drinks that carry both technique and narrative.
The Team
Terronia was founded by Mycol, Australian Bartender Champion, whose career has been shaped by international competition, brand development and years spent refining craft behind the bar.
Those experiences built a clear standard: preparation over improvisation, discipline over shortcuts, consistency over hype. Terronia was created as a space where that level of detail could live every night, not just on a stage.
What began as a personal benchmark is now carried by the team.
Terronia is supported by a small group of experienced bartenders who share the same approach to craft and service. Professionals guided by discipline, driven by curiosity, and grounded in genuine hospitality.
